Bridging Human Resources & Artificial Intelligence

A CIPD-qualified HR professional with 9+ years across government, higher education, and legal services — and one of a rare few who also builds the AI tools to fix what's broken in the profession. I believe every HR team deserves the technology that enterprise companies take for granted.

The gap between HR and technology is a people problem

Most HR professionals are told to wait for the IT department. I stopped waiting. Over the last two years I've been independently building AI-powered tools that solve the problems I've lived first-hand in HR operations — from anonymous feedback platforms to emotional wellbeing companions to recruitment follow-up automation.

My career spans University College London, King's College London, the Competition & Markets Authority, and Dentons LLP. I've managed TUPE transfers of 400+ staff, built high-volume recruitment pipelines, advised on global mobility and visa compliance, and navigated the full spectrum of employee relations.

Today I consult with organisations who want to think like builders — not just adopt AI tools, but embed human-centred technology into the fabric of how their people function. I specialise in sectors that tech has left behind: government, education, legal, and the third sector.

Changing the conversation
about HR and AI

Available for conferences, panels, workshops, and keynotes. My talks are practical, opinionated, and grounded in lived experience — not vendor talking points.

What psychological safety actually looks like as a system design problem — using anonymous feedback, sentiment analysis, and early-warning signals to prevent burnout before it starts.
